We build systems that work. Full stop. Maps, WebGL engines, payment solutions, MCP servers - We've shipped them all. We make technical decisions based on data, not hype. We write code that doesn't disappoint. We lead teams by showing them how; We lead LLMs by telling them how.

R&D in custom mapping solutions—built data gathering from scratch, used AI for processing and transforming large datasets. Created MCPs for integrations, ran models locally with Ollama.

Led a team of 12. Refactored 1M+ LOC into modular components, built a WebGL engine, cut load times from 13s to 1.2s. 50k daily active users, zero downtime migration.

IBM

Rewrote checkout & payment system for boots.com: new API, new framework, faster and more streamlined.

DPD Romania

Built payment automation for 500+ freelance drivers. Vehicle types, contract rules, the dynamic quotas enabled the business to expand.

UpTrek

Built a modern web platform from scratch, alone, in 18 months. Node, React, MongoDB, auth, deployment. 100+ vacation packages sold. Still running.
